Yeah, this isn't exactly "jokes about what eccentric people happen to do", it's more like "funny things". I probably wasn't expecting most of the jokes but some of them seem like things I'd say to people. I mean like most of SMBC's audience, I'm someone with "that" sense of humour, anyway.

This could never be anything like the xkcd forums. "Zach, get out of my head" wouldn't really work, since SMBC is way too weird to ever actually represent what people were thinking before seeing the comic.

Daily, as opposed to MWF. And an active membership of about a dozen, compared to the large number on XKCD.

We'll never be cool like them. They can each write a code for their very own forum, each dedicated to discussing a particular comic.

I'm always too embarrassed by my lack of understanding to ask. So I wait for it to show up on Comics I Don't Understand, then have other people explain it to me. Yay.
