That was actually pretty intuitive spamboting.
I might just leave the link, since it is sort of relevant.

The answer is (3-sqrt2)(0) + (1)=1

Well I don't know, do I? Maybe she needs it for something else. It doesn't matter, she won't be there for long; 137 is Big Boy Math, and most people drop down to 133 or 135. I used to be pretty good at math so I don't think I'll have to.

It's time for a proper Maths quiz!

Fill the gap!

I worked it out and was about to post it when I noticed the fine print.

If I was forced to... I could probably figure that out. But I'm not being forced to. Thank christ for Australian Universities where you study the topic you choose rather than having to do a little bit of everything.

I remember I was in my calc class last week and some girl behind me said "there are too many numbers!" and we were looking at 3x + 2 > 4.

The answer is x > 2/3.

Your always being attacked on a personal level. I'd be more inclined to give out points to someone who didn't attack you on a personal level.

Possibly I missed how rude everything was because my brain malfunctions once numbers start being mentioned.

I don't know what any of this Math stuff is, but I have to say from a complete ignoramus' point of view Sahan seems very educated in numbers and very convincing. Set. Match. Sahan wins. (Or Cirtur for being off the ball with 49 being the answer since anyone smart knows it answers everything.)

Yes. They are mostly made of in-jokes, while the all-important liferule that is Rule 11 is ignored along with the rest.

All of the other rules are pretty much accessory anyway.

Re: Math quiz time!

by Cirtur » Mon Sep 14, 2009 7:17 am

Yes. Maybe make Rule 11 more bold.

We have top men working on it right now.

That ought to do the trick!
