The important thing is that he is making the effort to suck less. Right?
I dunno, I'm kind of avoiding Dan Brown stuff for some reason. I must be a hipster.

That's using the word 'excellence' a bit liberally. It sure is commitment though.

What is a Dan Brown anyway?

And there are worse published authors who have made money from much much less effort and skill.

Guys, don't be so hard on Dan Brown. He's written the same book really well over six times now. Now that's commitment to excellence.

Of course they do. It's the rest of the literature fundamentals that they lack.

Wait, Dan Brown books have a plot?!

Live forever or die trying bitches!

Also, I'm pretty sure the general theme of this comic was the plot to a Dan Brown book.

I liked it because sadly that is what the scientific community has to resort to to get funding sometimes. They have to really extrapolate and provide some rather fantastic(yet believe and plausible) benefits into the research being done. Especially NASA.

On a side note.
Longevity? BWAHAHAHAAHAHAHA. Delaying the inevitable...humanity, you so crazy.

[insert joke about finding intelligent life here]

But seriously, in a day and age where Hollywood creates increasingly life-like aliens through special effects, how could anything on a video screen ever sway potential benefactors? In attempting to enjoy this joke, my suspension of disbelief has been stretched beyond its willing limit and subsequently broken.

Zach, as I was reading your comic when these damages were suffered, I expect you to pay for a replacement disbelief suspender.

Anyone else notice this comic is straight out of the FourCast he and Reva did?

This comic makes me revisit the thought that our Gibbon overlords are gunna be PISSED when the bananas go extinct in 10 years.
