Its the daughter. She is at prom in her prom dress (thus different shirt design cos it's a prom dress) after she has done unmentionable things to all the boy's testicles, and now is sad because she cant see the policeman and wants to get at his testicles as well but the handcuffs make it difficult and she just wants to go home and think about all the testicles she's touched

Instead of reading it as a rap I read it as a whimsical poem, like one AA Milne might write.

I wanted to know the opinion of Issoisso,
But his lack of account was taken as a dis, so,
He registered up, and then the threats began,
Which was the extent of Edminster's secret plan,
But let's not forget that every comic needs a link,
And if we didnt have all that then the forum would stink,
And if it werent for Issoisso we'd all be at the brink,
So in his honor i just might start posting in pink!

Or not.

(its a small rap, but i dont know much about you yet)

The sagely Edminster will be here to guide you through the rest of your journey, and maybe ban you if he's in the mood.

I'm confused by the speech bubbles, shouldn't they both be coming from the mother (with the glasses)?

It's common knowledge. Also, if they don't know anything about it they won't try to do it!

Yes, part of good parenting is teaching your children to fear sex.
