I like Arby's. I eat there at least once a week. I don't understand why so many people say it is gross.

The bread is the freshest you've ever seen (or smelt), soft and rich. The butter is warm and melts and oozes out of the side of the sandwich. The fattest chef in Arby's lives on a diet of beef and warm diet Pepsi™ and the misshapen unhealthy turds he puts in that sandwich are disgusting beyond belief. Your inevitable vomit on the sandwich the waitress brings you is almost an improvement of your meal. And you must eat it, lest the patrons of Arby's catch wind of an elitist liberal refusing to eat "real american" food.

What's gross about them? Bad bread, old and wilty salad, fatty and gristly beef?

They specialize in roast beef, hence the name (R.B.).
I've never eaten there, but I have it on good authority that they have very gross sandwiches.

But for us non-Americans who don't get the joke, what is Arby's? I gather they're some kind of restaurant, but what kind of food do they do and why is it so bad?

Ouch. That hurt to watch.

You MUST be infinitely depressed. Only infinite amounts of Prozac can solve that. Or some (unspecified...) sweet spot of Arby's spending.

Is this the first sponsored post of SMBC? I knew Arby's was running out of business but I didn't think they would advertize through private comic makers.
