Yes, because they are very boring

Yes, because Giffen goods are largely theoretical and have not been observed at the market level in any appreciable way.*
Staple foods in very poor areas that experience a sudden price shock have been observed. Potatoes in Ireland, rice in rural China. Price goes up, people have to have X amount of it, now they can't afford variety, so they must buy more staple food.

Sounds like a marketing issue. Try repackaging.

Wouldn't Veblen goods be a more relevant example?

The marginal benefit of hitting your hand with a hammer is always negative...
As is sex with the Jakeman.

You are neglecting devaluation of the hammer due to wear and tear in your economic model.
Wear and tear? What do you think my hands are made of?
Maybe the blood spattering on the hammer would bring value down?
Fine, I'll use a rock.

That's quite a boast.

An even easier answer is that at a price point of 0, suppliers would have no incentive to supply popsicles. No one would get popsicles even though everyone would want them.

In fact, it helps to subtly convince them that you're not trolling them, and then tell them that you are. If you've succeeded, they will refuse to believe you, which is hilarious! I know how to troll properly, but I didn't want to get involved in an actual conversation about it while still wanting to annoy someone. So I thought by saying I was trolling, I could maybe get a brief initial rise of bile before the footnote was read but no actual response. Sadly, it turned out to still be an effective troll. Cause rats...
