One: She's not single.
Two: To be a single woman in that situation you have just met the man. That makes this a one night stand. Backing away slowly while preparing to dial emergency 'in case' would be the reasonable response to the situation.
Three: Perhaps the only way to meet a woman you are going to marry is to go to bars and try and pick them up in this manner. Because how else will you know this is how she'll react?

If I ever met a woman who resembles the female character in this comic in terms of having a rational reaction to unusual and shocking situations -- I would want to marry her. (Or whatever closest approximation is available.)

From my POV, the comic might as well be fiction because: Single women like this do not exist. Prove me wrong, I dare you! (Single men like this may not exist either, but I am not in that market.)
