That votey is actually fairly accurate when it comes to seduction. Dancing around things, barely touching on the suggestive, that sort of thing? That's a lot more effective at pushing arousal and desire than speaking more plainly. This also works when applying to physical contact. The barest touch can push the wanting to the extreme.

Keep in mind that I'm just talking about seduction, here.
