We can just start with the first transfinite evolutionary field, Evolutiology. In a sense, it is an evolutionary version of every field.

I also didn't include any recursively evolutionary fields, such as "Evolutionary Evolutionary Biology" or even "Evolutionary Evolution", either of which might be what you were looking for.
