I don't want to rain on your parade, but the joke in that comic is that the t-shirts show your mood. And we don't have those yet.
However, if you just want a shirt with those words written on, I'd advice sending Zach an email about it, asking permission to make yourself one of the shirts using custom ink or something.

Here is something that has been bothering me: what happened to the shirt that said "Eul me up, boys, it's calculus time."? I have been wanting to buy that for some time and now that I finally intend to, it's disappeared from the store.
