Now you mention it, yes I have. Fighter McWarrior and suchlike. I'll admit it was pretty awesome.
So Wikipedia is useful if the articles pass the scrutiny of the Alexa nazis. The articles are generally in-depth as people add to them when they notice certain salient information is missing.

I believe that wikipedia, and it's mistress myspace, are the most evil things on the internet.

I refer to them simply as the Matrix version beta.

where else can the lamest people in the world, sit and garner the attention of the multitude, by essentially spouting off about mostly useless crap.

With pseudo-pretentious* words like "salient", you're a shoe-in for adding to articles yourself.

I only use it because Jimmy Carr says it on 8 out of 10 cats.
Also, because it means "salty".

See, now that's what I thought too. But my popcorn doesn't claim to be salient, and you just don't argue with that stuff.

That's because popcorn is the strong and silent type, and doesn't like to brag.

Hey, that stuff doesn't need to brag. It watches all the horror movies, regardless of content or rating, and never screams.

Off topic, I would just like to tell Epoch that his sig holds no importance to me, and most likely not to the other forum members, because it is from your_face, who is new also. If it was GreenCrayon or someone, I would consider it worthy.

Like that one time...

I am too young to remember this humour. It saddens me immensely. My childhood consisted of Sonic the Hedgehog, Street Fighter 2 and Power Rangers.
