Speaking of which, I don't know if any of you were aware, but PBF has made a few updates. I noticed it month or two ago. I don't think he's doing anything close to a regular schedule, but I was absolutely delighted to see half a dozen new comics when I happened by the site (after having ignored it for a couple of years do to him stopping).

Well, it is funny because you know what the original was. If you show this "fixes" to someone who knows nothing about SMBC, their reaction would probably be :dafuq:.

Their reaction is going to be a random selection of letters and symbols? How... riveting.

They might even wonder what the fuck the fixes are about, having no prior experience with SMBC comics.

Most, if not all, of the regulars have been foruming for well long enough to be familiar with GMG.

Thanks, though!

I always preferred the less surreal, more pathetic Garfield Minus Thought Bubbles, which you have reminded me of. Hey, they've started updating sporadically again!

No longer will Garfield give us unrealistic expectations of cat ownership!
