Search for comic: President clones itself

Greetings good people. I am seeking for all the comics of SMBC about democracy. Specially one that I remember, where the president wanted to pass a new tax, and tought that if he could explain it to each citizen the reasons for the tax, they would understand, so he cloned himself, and then every politic started doing the same.

Tomorrow it's ellection time in Argentina, and since they are mandatory (So we must taste the lash either we want it or not), at least I wanted to soothe the depression of being forced to choose the "least bad one" (That has trully became harder and harder) by making a list of the SMBC comics about the topic to spread them amongst my friends and acquaintance.
