critical mass?

i have sparse notes, but i think i have discovered the conditions necessary to create the critical mass needed for the postcount++ formula to truly become effective.

C = ≥8m + >6t

where
m = ≥23P
t = ≥ 19R

this may not be complete but i fear that further work will bring unwanted attention from the

They aren't. My days off were full of a lot of different stuff, and I didn't have any time to sit down and write them. I can't really tell you when I'd get around to it at this point.
