The trouble with becoming evil is that all the good guys with powers of their own start showing up looking for fights, and then you have to use your powers to make them go away. If you're going to go that route, I suggest you go to the trouble subjugating a lackey or two to deal with that sort of situation. It'll save you effort in the long run.
