Man, I love cooking pancakes. I only enjoy them if there is something else to eat with them, like strawberries or sommat. But cooking them is fun, fun, fun.
I was away for a weekend with some friends, and the place had a huge griddle. So I woke up early on the last morning we were there, scrounged through the leftover food and decided I was going to make some kickass pancakes. I chopped and peeled some apples and made some apple pancakes. And we had some chocolate chips leftover from s'mores, so I made up some chocolate chip pancakes. They were great, and it was so much fun cooking them. And I didn't have to do dishes, which is a plus.

Yes, that is lemon and sugar they are putting on those thin pancakes (I refuse to call them crepes).

Hmmm... I've never heard of that before.

And I hesitated calling them crepes. I have a hard time calling them pancakes and also crepes. I won't use "thin pancakes" due to my laziness. Brevity FTW.

It's funny, the topping he uses are almost identical to the wiki suggestions:

When sweet, they can be eaten as dessert. They can be filled with various sweet toppings, often including Nutella spread, sugar (granulated or powdered), maple syrup, lemon juice, whipped cream, fruit spreads and sliced soft fruits.

Except for whipped cream and fruit, he used all of the other toppings.

Actually, in the second video he used both slice strawberries (with sugar) and sliced bananas (with the nutella).
No whipped cream, though.
Maybe he wrote the wiki entry?
