Exactly my thoughts. No invisitext, but the small text is in more use here anyways.
I wonder if it is actually a bot, or simply a real person who is pimping this site. I think the latter. It doesn't mean that they will be back, but that the poster knows at least somewhat the nature of this board and that a semi-comedic post will go over well.
Plus, this doesn't seem like a traditional site that you would pimp with a bot. Usually that is reserved for things that would be a little more high traffic like casinos and prescription drugs and porn and the like. Negro baseball seems like a bit too much of a niche market to pimp it everywhere possible.
Just my two cents.

Agreed. In addition to this, a quick Google search doesn't seem to show up much (or any) spam, unlike with some of our other spambots.

Edit: While I was there, I looked for another search. You guys have to see the lovely image gallery from the first result. :)
