Hmm... I think my favorite villain would have to be... I don't know! I really like the Joker (and Harley Quinn), and Gary Oldman's character in Leon the Professional...
I can't choose favorites. I know there have been some villains that have made me love them so much and made me feel dirty for loving a bad person, but I can't remember...

Wasn't Waldo the evil one bedecked in bumble bee stripes?

Also, the best and sexiest villain everrrr is definitely David Bowie in Labyrinth. Especially in the ball room scene... oh and the stair scene.
Oh and you know, the whole movie.
