People treating burping like it's some sort of skill, and overusing that 'skill' at all time. Once in a while a little false contrition for being a disgusting pig wouldn't hurt.

People who decide that when they pick up a book from the library shelves that the best place to put it is not in the two heavily signed designated reshelving areas but in a completely different section. In amongst hundreds of thousands of other books. Where it will be basically unlocatable until sombebody stumbles across it in a shelf check.

Especially people who I see doing that, and then come to me complaining they can't find a book

I, myself, are a consummate belcher, and I feel my talents go wasted thanks to crazy shit like 'society' and 'etiquette'. Someone once even mentioned 'faux-pas'!

I was like, "lady, I didn't even *know* this guy, and besides, he's probably looking down on us and laughing--if there were such a thing as heaven (which, may I remind you, there's NOT)--so don't tell me where I can and can't eruct. These church walls make for great acoustics. Anyway, sorry I barged in. You may now continue with your service, Father."

People who spell or pronounce the word 'definitely' as 'definatly'.
Whoever says it like the latter deserves to be punched in the mouth as they do.

I'm kind of annoyed at The Washington Post right now, because they're crowing about what country the Nobel Recipients are from right up until they come from Nations Of Brown People.

It feels absurdly nationalistic for a prize that is ostensibly about bringing the world together.

I actually like these people because if they use autocorrect it comes out as defiantly.

To defiantly agree does sound pretty awesome.

"I defiantly agree with you!" Seems like some business is about to go down.

When women in tv shows and movies wake up in the morning in full makeup. Just to be clear, I'm not talking about stage makeup, I'm talking about when they wake up and they have lipstick and eye shadow on.

Now every time I see that happen all I'm going to be able to think about is how painful it must be to tattoo your lips and eyelids.

I second this. Especially if it's early*.

* Early - /ˈərlē/ - n. - anytime before 12:00.
