Well, fuck you, too.
Well, it does save you money too.

And I think there are at least a couple more around here, too. Ahmet, maybe? Asherian?

Too bad about the commercial. I'd've liked to have seen it.

(I also used to kind of look like a Mennonite.)

Ashe is not a vegetarian. I had to look it up from our vegan tangent but:

As for newspapers, I do not have the extra money to subscribe to a paper. I use the internet and *gasp* television for my information. When I can get my hands on a free paper I will read it.

Let the papers burn. They're a controlled media outlet. I think the idea of the newspaper should live on. I also think I'm not a terrorist, so you can call it how you see it.

Uhh ALL media is controlled, man. It's too risky for the gov'ment to tell us everything.

The only newspapers that still sell here are full of crap, and not much news, so I don't care. We lost our only decent journalistic print source, The Bulletin, a few years ago due to being unprofitable, and things haven't been great after that. I usually watch World News Australia on our international TV channel, and also catch news on the internet if I want to hear more about it.

I think we're all missing the point here.

If there are no newspapers, how will I be able to read short, funny, and regularly released comics?

My point is that there are plenty of comics on the Internet that fit those categories.

A newspaper started running a manga style comic. Also, they did a very strange adventure one. You'd have to buy every paper to enjoy them. And I'm not talking about that strange kirby-inspired barbarian quest that was out a while ago.

Should totally run Azumanga or Lucky Star here. I would read that, 'specially since all we get that's any good is Pooch Cafe and Pearls Before Swine.

To quote my German grandmother:

I have to think that using the n-word also violates rule 1.
