JREF banned from Youtube!

I was finally checking out this 'reddit' thing people are talking about, and it brought to my attention that the
James Randi Educational Foundation video
channel was removed from YouTube. Unfortunately, I have not been able to learn exactly why it was removed, simply that it has been. Anybody else have something to shed light on what has happened?

I'm pretty sure respected member of society isn't an actual race. The respected member of society people do fall along certain ethnic groups, but it is surely more of a communative collection of people rather than an ethnic group.
Also, now I'm curious. What was JREF about anyways?
