Bah, he prayed to Jesus, that's where he went wrong.

But yeah, I hate these kinds of articles that are so obviously scandalized and opinionated.
A bunch of people lacked a grasp on reality for the situtation. Someone died. I can say that the ignorant masses of teenagers and adults going about having unprotected sex and either aborting or having their unplanned bastard babies, but somehow being surprised about it, is just a bad.

That's neither here nor there, but I just hate seeing the articles being so blatantly obvious.

I felt the article was as unbiased as it could be, and it did poll the reader if they felt it was right, etc.

AOL tends to have decent un-spun articles.

See? If they had kept praying and didn't end up calling 911 then nothing bad would've happened! This is a lesson from God.

It's funny that you decided to put this in the Creationism. thread. Two crazy religious beliefs... What's the difference!*

*I know very damn well why you put it here so don't correct me. It is kind of funny.

There's nothing funny about a girl dying from diabetes, LR.

Hehehehehe. Wilford Brimley.

You don't know how many people have told me this.

Okay, it's just one.

If it happened more often I'd have to upgrade you from secret Nazi to secret Dr. Mengele.

I'd be up for it. I've read a lot about him and he's* a really interesting character.

*We all know he didn't really die on that beach in Brazil.

Jack the ripper was pretty interesting, but that doesn't make me want to aspire to be him.

Clearly we have different priorities. Anyway, Ed Kemper was way cooler than Jack the Ripper.

Mengele's a fascinating character because of his beliefs and his actions. He fits the profile of a serial killer better than a nazi, because of his lack of empathy; there are a lot of indications that say that he didn't care one way or another about the Jews and just kept to his research (although he was known to have a temper, as well). I find the boring nazis are the ones that go "kill all the jews yeah do it", the interesting ones have their own crazy beliefs. I'm also a big fan (er, guy who is interested) of Goebbels, because his personality was largely influenced by his childhood battle with illness.

I'm not sure if I mentioned this story before but once, I failed a history assignment, rewrote it about nazis and aced it. Still don't know what that means.

Do you mean a man? Because they way you put it's as if a Nazi high school is one of humanity's ultimate goals.

Okay, what do you want me to say in response to this? Because no matter what you're not going to like it.
