Well, they pretty much used the first book and small amount of the second for the first three movies (plus some extraneous, naturally). They can probably manage to squeeze one or two more out of the source material.

After Dinosaurs on a Plane there is an untitled Jurassic Park romantic comedy in the early writing stages. Joan Cusack is reportedly attached.
