Personally, I like the changes because I begin to get sick of the heat/cold after awhile. It was really really good to miss the last month of Winter at home and get an extra month of Summer before I head home in a few days and get to go straight into Spring.

Bull.
Yeah I don't believe it either. Socially he's a little better but the same cruddy economics. That social side nullification might be enough to keep the Libs in power though.
I should write for the SMH. I was a little appalled by how cruddy the journalism was there. All these Gotcha! articles about various politicians in big tabloid format and lurid over-dramatizations.
Oh yes, the state of print journalism in our country really is terrible, but that's what happens when one man named Rupert Murdoch owns all of the papers and is more focused on furthering has agenda than any sort of journalistic integrity or desire to stay neutral.

It sure is. I glanced over at my Grandma's copy of the Herald Sun the other day to see the front page article was all about how the perpetrator of the Port Arthur Massacre (Australia's most famous mass shooting) is now really fat and bald.
Seriously, that was the whole article, over multiple pages of gloating about the current status of his 'once slim physique' and 'formerly flowing blond locks'.

National Geographic has fallen so far. Even Canadian Geographic, which is still a non-profit, has been skirting a lot of controversy over the last few years for being heavily pro oil sands and giving magazine sponsors too much control over editorial content.
