The Colombia one (on which One Hundred Years of Solitude is based) was the largest, but there were also ones in Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador (the El Salvador one wasn't done by United Fruit, but it was done by the corrupt family/government that was installed by United Fruit).

Small piece of trivia related to a few pages back:
A hand grenade is legally considered a Weapon of Mass Destruction. So technically Iraq did have WMDs.
Of course, so does pretty much every country that has a military.

I had an idea that we should give every baby at birth 4 hand grenades. They legally belong to the child and that is the amount they have for the rest of their life. They can't ever get more hand grenades.
I think it would be a more peaceful world.
