It's the thought that counts, and you put next to no thought into that.

Guys guys guys! I remembered something!
My uni's Symphony Orchestra concert is this Monday, at 7:30 pm Eastern US, and it has a live HD video stream!
I'll post the link over the weekend - you all should definitely watch/listen. We're playing Rachmaninoff's second piano concerto and Mahler's first symphony*. There's going to be a visiting high school orchestra that plays before us, and they probably won't be great, so you can ignore them.
*I'm only playing on the Mahler, doubling 3rd bassoon and contrabassoon.

I know what you mean, but I can't help but picture you playing the both simultaneously, hands frantically swapping between each.
The stream will start 15 minutes before the concert begins, which is 7:30 US Eastern. The high school will play for around 20 minutes at the very beginning.

I was going to put this in the main music thread, but I was playing it, so it's germane.
My parents had a party tonight for my dad's work - they're a mix of aged kinda hippies and young hip folk and good fun.
After a couple hours of egging and a few beers I finally agreed to play bassoon for the remaining four guests.
