I'm a big fan of Goblins and The Gods of ArrKelaan, but both rely more on plotline rather than humour.

The two comics I like which combine both humour and storyline together are Looking for Group and Dr McNinja.

Goblins is ok though the updates are nearly always 3 or 4 or 5 days late and I get sick of checking three times each day to see if its up yet.

I'm constantly amazed that DrMcninja isn't as popular as comics like Penny Arcade, and unfortunately, for some reason, Ctrl+alt+del. Mcninja has amazing artwork, awesome storylines, and is undeniably hilarious by anyone's standards, it has to be one of the top webcomics on the internet.
Not a big fan of signatures.

Some april fooling going on already.

I went to check out XKCD and it came up as Questionable Content.
Strange, I thought, not clueing in that it was already the 1st.
Then I went to Questionable Content (not in my favourites, so I had to find out what their site was).
Turns out Dinosaur Comics took over QC.
And so I searched for Dinosaur Comics and there was XKCD.

I like this comic, although it's more action than comedy. Weekly updates, and a good storyline + good artwork = a good comic.

I read that for awhile, after I saw the link on like VGCats or something. I got bored with it.

I can't be bothered checking all the other posts, but I stumbled across Circle vs Square recently, and it's suprisingly funny for such a simple concept.
