I'm pretty sure TINC is just the sound bullets make when they hit something impenetrable. The fact that it was all capitalized suggests a large bullet... say a 50 caliber. It's the sound that occurred when the bullets bounced innefectively off of office30 after the drive-by shooting from the rival Good 5 Luck gang*.

*of course to be using a 50 caliber in a drive by is difficult, but the Good 5 Luckers could probably pull it off.

I remember this one time I was asleep and I was falling, and I saw the guy that pushed me off the cliff. The next day I saw him and he said "hey" and I called him a jerk.. he hasn't talked to me sence.
