So I, with about a million of my closest friends, got a wii on the 19th, and so far it has been freakin' awesome. so awesome in fact that my wife has started voluntarily bringing up the topic of playing video games (which normally makes her less than thrilled).

so far all I've played is wii sports, but it is totally killer. I also have zelda, but i promised my lame brother and friends that i'd wait to play it as a group... lousy friends.

anyways, enough with the rambling, anybody else out there got their wii/lamestation yet?

I've never been much of a console gamer, actually. But, that said, if I wouldn't mind getting my hands on an SNES. Also an Xbox 360.

Ok, this is insanely difficult as I have hade most mainstream consoles since the NES (Even having both Sega Saturn and Dreamcast for a month before selling them).

I had recently decided I was definitely not getting a Wii. Today I changed my opinion. I need Twilight Princess.

I've got a 360, but have barely used it except to complete Oblivion and play half-heartedly through a handful of other games. I really hope Gears of War changes that, it looks sexy.

I looked for rules on it. Saw none.
Every other forum I belong to has a 400x300 limit. If it's too big I'll take it off and use the perpetually running horse.

Gears of War was pretty decent, short but sweet. As for greatest console ever? I have no clue theyre all so great, Ive had a blast with the 360 but Ive just played the ps3 and Im awe struck.
