That doesn't sound too awesome to me.
However, that is one of the advantages of being secretary of awesome, you get to define awesome, as well as do things pertaining to awesome. If stacking and counting fetuses doesn't meet your definition of awesome, then it isn't awesome and you shouldn't do it.
