Interestingly, I share a birthday with Lady Aberlin, who I have been in contact with on occasion via the View Askew message board. She's an absolutely fantastic, stand-up lady. She also writes everything in near-poetry (I don't think its intentional), which is so cool.

I pretty much agree.

Would Marvel kill off arguably their most marketable* character? I think it unlikely. And I was very disappointed when Superman came back from the dead. Not that I wanted his character killed off, but it takes away any sense of realism... not that I should really expect that from comics anyway, I guess.

* Okay, his marketability has dwindled in recent years.

hey, that comic kicked ass... plus it's the only superman comic i've ever read in its entirety. Also, they should bring back cap as a dude with a metal suit, a boy, a cyborg and a handheld device that creates a humanoid form to house its spirit or something

also, i'm pretty sure from an interview i read (too lazy to look it up now) that they won't be bringing ol' steve back from the dead - however they did say that it was possible that somebody else would don the shield.

i was thinking more along the lines of increasing citizen privacy through the repealation (don't know if that's a word or not but it should be) of the un-Patriot Act.
