I thought lethal was from east more and just visited BC.

I am indeed from the east. Well, not the East east. Ontario.
That said, my home town, where my parents still live, is a very high population Indian (according to the wiki, 16%, third overall, after Canadian and English*). It has acquired a few nicknames**.
That said, Indian food is very popular around here right now (it seems to be replacing Thai as the hip food in Southern Ontario. I currently live in a small, very rich, and very white town outside of Hamilton, and right across the road a new Indian take-out place just opened up. I'm not sure I trust it though, as Indian take-out makes me a bit wary.

* I have a feeling those numbers aren't exactly right though. According to this, 20% are Canadian. But, I was born in Canadia, same with my parents, but if someone asks me my "ethnic origin", I list Dutch. At what point, after how many generations, do you list Canadian?
** Bramaladesh (an area of town is called Bramalea, combined with the wholly inaccurate Bangladesh, as most are Indian or Pakistani) and Singhdale (Springdale is also a part of town, and this one is far funnier and more clever as it actually requires some knowledge of the people). They are generally racist, mainly because they tend to be used in a derogatory fashion. That said, I'd like to reclaim the second one.

It's the little touches like that that really make the difference when you're cooking for someone special.

Especially the ones to check for signs of life after the meal. After all, the idea is to not make a mark on the body.

What are you, Canadian? That's the only freak place I've ever heard call Mac & Cheese "Kraft Dinner". Also the only freak place I've ever heard which doesn't like Mac & Cheese.

Freak.
