and that's what i'm saying. he's not a lame duck president as far as the traditional definition goes. Lame ducks, historically, are so named because they are in a fight with congress and neither side can get any of their legislation passed. In effect, making it so they can't get anything accomplished. Bush, for some fucking reason, has had no problems getting his legislation passed despite the fact he has no approval, and that the house and senate are both run by the D's. He's like the anti lame duck.
