I wasn't sure if you meant LOL and just mistyped, or you actually meant AOL. Those kinds of mistakes you will be called on, but not in any serious way, just in the way I did. If indeed, you did mean LOL.
We do tend to frown on those LOLs, LMAOs and whatnot. Actually, I'm not sure if we do. I do, but I probably won't say anything, as it has become far too commonplace to get up in arms about. If you are on the internet, you better get used to LOL and all that. As for this board, I don't know that it has come up that often. I think in general this community doesn't like them, and doesn't use them, but it hasn't been an issue.

I think he said lol as a joke, since we were just talking about AOhelL. Didn't "lol" start on AOL?
