febranuary is commonly observed as January 23rd through February 9th. In ancient times, the Gringesh peoples of Southern Gaul celebrated Febranuary as the "time of Semestarius". In more modern times, the God Semestarius has come to represent the half-way point in most university systems. This is why most universities on the Semester system (named after the god) begin their new semesters during the ancient celebration of Febranuary.

I disagree. The art is much better, the writing isn't barely understandable ESL, and though it doesn't have colour, it does have a coherent script.
And that was after reading only a few strips. The early stuff, mostly, which actually had some marginally interesting banter and jokes and whatnot.
Hamster City is worlds worse than the one you linked to.

My issue is the distaste for the (albeit understandable) script, but I can see your logic. Those early strips were wriitten by a different guy though, and I actually liked his writing. things got much uglier when he left. Not as ugly as the hamsters, but what is?

I found that if you replace "Roo" with "Ruo" in B&S strips, it's a lot more interesting.
