Huzzah for education! Huzzah for perseverance! Huzzah for eating a bunch of pecans, which is what I'm doing right now!

Waiting for 'Superjail!' to start whilst wondering if I will ever find love. Received paper successfully, reading postponed until Superjail! over.

Re: What are you doing right now?
Nice. In highschool I got extra credit for spending my spare tutoring. I needed the marks too. As much as I loved the idea of going into engineering, my marks in math and science were not good enough. But the extra marks definitely helped my overall GPA, though I went a different direction entirely.AHMETxRock wrote:unwinding after attending a tutoring session for extra credit. I don't need the tutoring, but I just do my homework really slow there and I get extra credit for doing something I should be doing anyways. This should give me at least 5 points overall on my class's score if I mazimize.
I was a terrible tutor, too. Teaching math to the slower grade 9's was not great for me. I'm sure I did some good, but not much.
And shortly I will be sleeping.

Superjail! is so terrible. The fact that it even exists makes me sad for people. I never thought I'd find a person that actually likes it.Edminster wrote:Waiting for 'Superjail!' to start whilst wondering if I will ever find love. I love SuperJail, it's funny, violent, and abstract at the same time.

It isn't funny at all, it has random stupid mutilation and I'm pretty sure the creators somehow think it's deep. It's just stupid and a waste of time. The very fact that it exists makes me sad.

Enh, I enjoy it. Of course, I believe that many organised sports are stupid and a waste of time, but I don't begrudge their existence. To each his/her own, you know?
But I do agree that it has an unfortunate amount of mindless violence. The animation is amazing, though.

Cheez-its are possibly the best cheese-based cracker ever. But if you've ever had Dolphins, those are pretty damn good as well. Hard to find the suckers where I live...they discontinued them in grocery stores around me.

Re: What are you doing right now?
I use to be addicted to melted cheese, just couldn't get enough of it. I'd broken the habit until recently when I saw this Subnormality comic and it peaked my curiosity to try it again. I hear it's because cheese has natural opiates in them that makes people keep eating it, but the fact isn't deterring me.
