I imagine it's his new enemy. Shroom. Clearly their power of being a giant mind altering mushroom will make them a worthy foe.

TAKE ALL THE SHROOMS.

It's impossible to overdose on anything except paranoia.

Last time I tried shrooms (when they were legal) I got dragged out to a Motown/Stax soul disco by drunk guys in some seedy bar-cum-club where the only lights were from tea-candles, so you couldn't see anyone's faces, and those you could see were lit from underneath. The paranoia hit me like a simile wrapped in a brick wrapped in a sock, and I had the world's worst journey home, fearing for my life. Ended up watching Damnation Alley and eating copious amounts of Jammy Dodgers until the feeling subsided (several hours later).

Never touched drugs again, not until the next morning anyhow.

Just finished working my way through the archives of Happle Tea. It's fun. Like mythology and humor stuff.

You know, whatever else may be said about Randall Munroe, he's pretty good at representing data visually.

I found it to be a little too much information to absorb in one hit. I don't think my screen is really big enough for it. Maybe I'll look at it in more detail later.

Yeah, it's a ton of interesting information but I can't even read it.

I think my favourite part of that was where he calculated how much The Barenaked Ladies would have spent in the song 'If I had a Million Dollars'.

Edit: Also of note 'The EPA has a dollar value for human life; it's currently $8.4 million. They don't like to talk about it; they call it the VSL (Value of Statistical Life), and tend to use terms like "1000 Micro-VSLs".'

If you can't read it, click on it, then it goes to some kind of JavaScript application where you can zoom in and out and move around.

I read maus, the evil of the german race really shows through. How cruel they are to the jews, how utterly disgusting they are currently

a lot of parallels.
