Presumably because they don't own the rights to broadcast in other countries... I don't really know, I'm clueless when it comes to copyright law.

EDIT: Their website says "licensing restrictions"... I'm guessing that means they are only licensed to broadcast in AmeriKKKa. So basically what I said.
