Also: I've seen worse. A neighbouring town has a man who walks a chicken on a lead. Dressing up a dog by comparison seems tame.

That is not as funny as putting smarties tubes on cats legs and making them walk like robots. And then push them down the stairs and if they break their leg, they've already got a cast on!

Um...smarties tube's wouldn't go over my legs. Also I have hands so I'd just take them off.
