My plates are not false - they are made out of real human teeth, but I don't know about them other plates, the proprietor of which shall have to account for them herself.

Ah. It is largely illogical nonsensical. However, essentially, I have determined that whenever Oldrac leaves his apartment* it is to stab toddlers. And why does he do this? It is for revenge since toddlers killed his family. The commemorative plates are just a bonus.
