definitely incorrect, seeing as French sentences
cannot end on a preposition. Your first "correction" is one way of saying it, but why would I simplify it? It's French, not a workhorse language fabled for efficiency.
I was writing "Pour quoi est-ce que vous utilisez l'Internet?" with an added liaison at the beginning, because liaison is cool and underused.
