First day of summer and my family's eating outside, like fucking animals! You cook food outside then you bring it inside. Why is a barbeque so difficult!

Humidex is 32 and sunny out, which is terrible. Avalant must be boiling alive.

My dad decided he wanted to spend today with his new family.*

Technically I celebrated it with my Grandpa. My Dad is working and I wouldn't want to spend the holiday with him anyways.

Isn't getting replaced by a new family ever so much fun? Trust me it doesn't get any less... annoying as you get older. I suggest becoming buddy buddy with his lawyer and get advance notice if you get written out of the will. I wrote my Dad's will, he was very generous to me, he just doesn't know it.

Umm... Happy Winter Solstice Sahan! From here on out the days get longer again!

I went to a lantern parade for the longest night of the year. It was fun. No pagan rituals for me, unless eating pizza and watching a movie counts as pagan.

Sucky weather here, recently, huh? Normally we do an outside thing on Father's Day, but, that was a no-go.

I only really celebrated Father's Day, but, the Summer and Winter Solstice celebrations are near and dear to my heart.

Yeah living in New England has been painful for the past few weeks.

I'm doing in a mini-vacation in Burlington for a few days this week coming up, and I hope that it is at least slightly better weather.

Last summer was rainy and miserable, I refuse to have this one be the same. (Although, last summer, I was living in a tent, so, I have to say, it is much better to have it be rainy when I am living in a house.)

Stop it. The only thing about your life we are interesting in is your sexual organs and their interactions with other people's sexual organs.

Yay, the darkness is retreating from our cold little world! More sunlight for us, and less rambling from stupid people about how it wouldn't get dark so quick if we had daylight savings, completely ignoring the fact daylight savings is not even applied during winter!
