It's kind of an inside joke with my friends from one of those ''you will die'' chain text messages. It was a flashy clown that was going to kill me 2nite to the sound of sex music. That sex music is what plays when someone texts me.

Yeah, hey, my brother finally bluetoothed me a ring tone I made (my phone has no usb hook-up), and I want opinions. It's an electric guitar solo from a little known band from the 80's that only made one album. Also, their lead singer was a woman, which is probably why they were never signed, which is a shame.

They should do what Bôa did, just get some Japanese label to sign them. They've got the son and daughter of Paul Rodgers and they're best known for doing the theme to Serial Experiments Lain. That's bizarre.

I think I've heard some early power-violence band that was also lady-fronted, 'cause eXXXtreme metal's less sexist that way, but I can't remember the name of the band. My brother might know but I'm kind of lazy to ask.

Do you mean as music or as a ringtone? In my opinion, all ringtones are weak and false. In terms of music, it's not bad, but not really my thing. I'm really not a fan of the cock-rock guitar solo but this was definitely high up on the bearability scale.

Melt Banana was also lady-fronted but, once again, Japanese. Who knew the Japanese were so progressive!

My current mobile ringtone is High Voltage by Eagles of Death Metal. It's semi obnoxiousness always makes me laugh, especially when I get weird looks on the tram.
And my message tone is the default, that is some people singing "you've got mail".

Unfortunately my old phone went through the wash a while back, and MTS (my telephone company) has awful ring tones for download (think normal ring tones, labelled as normal ring tones, and then you download it and it turns out to be a hip hop version of the song you thought you were getting). So my current ring tone is a normal default ring.
