If you swallow the saliva of a person with HIV, it would take approximately a gallon of that saliva to have a strong enough prescence. Entropy and all that crap, although not sure how that really works. I guess without a certain number of the virus within your system, it will all just die out before it is able to actually attack your immune system. This is mere conjecture.

But yeah, you could lick the toilet and not get a disease normally*, so you aren't saying much.
*Normally doesn't include things like those sicknesses you get from eating or drinking urine or urine sprinkled things.

I am going to piss on the seat out of spite for anyone who licks it.

Technically, you can get pregnant, too, it's just highly improbable. Talk about immaculate conception.

That's incredibly improbable for four reasons:

1. Very often men and women have separate restrooms, so the chances of sperm getting on a toilet seat in the womens' restroom are slim.
2. Sperm can't survive outside the body for too long, so they'd most likely be dead before someone sat on them.
3. I think a woman would see sperm on a toilet seat and would use a different stall.
4. Your vagina is probably not going to come in contact with the toilet seat, just your ass.

The odds would be astronomical.

I'm going to make a note of contention on this one, the probability of a woman's washroom* being covered in sperm is much higher than you think.

You'd be surprised some of the places sperm ends up.
At the other Walmart I worked at there was a guy masturbating into the plants in the seasonal department. And a friend had a guy who was doing the same in the fabric section of a Michael's (a craft store) he worked at (in the receiving dept) in Toronto.

I think "immaculate" is the absolute last word I would use to describe a public toilet covered in semen.
