New Mods

Hey guys!

I wanted to let you know that you have two new moderators to help me keep up with the SMBC forum. I?ve been really busy with work and school lately, and sometimes I don?t even turn on my computer for a few days in a row, which is lame. So I?ve appointed two deputies to help you out during those times I can?t be around to keep things running smoothly here.

They are Deputy Dex and Deputy Hightower. Remember, Mods are here to make sure everyone can enjoy the board. Send them your questions, comments, concerns, etc. In return, they will banish all idiots and lame posts to the Outlands. Anything they have trouble with, they?ll just ask me. See? Good system.

Well, since it's a post introducing your new mods, I imagine any asinine replies will simply be deleted while the important part of the post remains here.

Also, you know what would be a great school mascot? Robocop.

WOW. That might be the single best idea I've ever heard.

If such a place existed, I would I would quit my job, move cross country, and pay thousands in tuition just to go there.

Yeah, they?re some friends of mine. They read SMBC when I send them links to it, and they enjoy it. Dex just went through the whole archive. He?s spoken to Zach, and they get along. They didn?t have accounts before I made them mods, no. But that hardly matters. They have accounts now.

Don't take me too seriously, Dani. We all think you're awesome, and I personally found a new respect for mods in general when you resisted the temptation to take away the infamous Optimus vs. Samus thread. I haven't seen too many (read: any) moderators who haven't let the power go to their heads, at least before you.

When TwoBuy told me I could be the mod for the I Hate Funny forum, it was your example I decided to follow, except perhaps without the scathing comebacks, which I lack the ability to generate.

And as for the "female attention" bit, it was a direct reference to something TwoBuy said. I'll just out-and-out apologise for that, instead of trying to justify it. No offense was meant.

Okay, rare moment of honesty and seriousness over. Back to my normal posts.
