22 Days

It takes 22 days to make or break a habit, if you could which habit would you make or break?

I myself am stealing November for self betterment. So I'm gonna write out a list of habits I want and don't want and starting on the first of November I'm gonna focus on making or breaking these habits. A big one is the NaNoWriMo, but I've got lots of other things I've got to work on:

Looking for work
Doing more Karate practice
The cessation of eating lots of very bad food
etc (I haven't written the list yet but I shall).

I'm going to briefly break my habit of shaving because of Movember, and I'm looking to restart my writing habit because of NaNoWriMo. I'm also getting into the habit of exercising more, and I've already gotten a week head start on that.

I also need to eat more food that isn't just Ramen noodles, but I don't think that's going to happen because Ramen is incredibly cheap.

New Year's Resolution day is still months away! But I have been coming up with a list of things I plan to do when exams are over. I want to get back into having a routine of guitar practice, start up my weekly blog again after pretty much a year of hiatus, learn to drive, and find work. That is pretty much it.

Well I guess I'll just go to the gym every Monday, Saturday and Sunday for 22 days and we'll see how that goes.

REally? Cause I'm all about the now. I don't want to wait for three weeks and a day for a good habit to kick in. I want it now! That's why I refuse to attempt.

He's got his youth though*, that's what matters.

*Although I hardly think his youth is all he has. Let's just say that an STD Bridget doesn't have is quite a rare one.

Ooh, think I want to doo...

I want to stop eating so much junk food at work when I'm bored. I work at a convienience store and snack constantly.

I want to waste less money on silly things.

Exercise more.

Get into a practice regimen with me ol banjo again.

Uhhhh....yeah.
