I don't think Canadia ever got Lemon Coke, but we did have Coke with Lime, Pepsi with Lemon and Pepsi with Lime (I think). All of which were gross and the citrus was so artificial tasting. I do always ask for lemon when ordering cola at a restaurant.
We had Cherry Coke for about 5 years or so, and then it phased out. First you couldn't get cans or big bottles, then you had to hunt for convenience stores with the smaller bottles. I haven't seen it in a long time even then.
Vanilla Coke had a similar story, only it came about 2 years later, phased out about the same time after, only the dropoff was a lot faster.

Fluoride doesn't make your teeth stronger, it just eliminates enzymes that would break down enamel.
