Don't tell him that, he might stop eating those too and get scurvy for real.

I've had restaurants put it right in. On the rim, I take it off, but oftentimes there's still a gross bitter lemon taste to the drink.

I don't really eat much junk-food, mostly Sunflower seeds (usually a 14.5 oz bag every 3 days) and plantain chips. I do eat a lot of meat though (mostly chicken and beef, occasionally turkey, and rarely pork).

Plantain chips contain quite a bit of vitamin C.

Also he chews sunflower seeds when he's nervous.

You don't have to be ashamed of it around us, mage. Just tell it straight. Also, you guys need to go to Sri Lanka just for their soft drink and icecream. The varieties they have here are ridiculously delicious. My favourite soft drink right now would have to the cream soda they have here, followed closely by apple soda (kinda like fizzy apple juice). All from the delicious Elephant soft drinks!

There is no apple soda but Manzana brand soda!

Also, other videos means youtube videos or speedruns. I can't exactly eat sunflower seeds and masturbate at the same time.

I was gonna link Faygo Redpop but their site's all icky Flash. I think its description is "a darn good red drink" and the ingredients are like "water, natural and artificial flavors, red color." Yeah but dude what are you exactly

Now that's a mental image you can't unsee.

Think about it, it takes two hands to eat sunflower seeds: one to hold the as of yet uncracked seeds, one to crack them. Now, for masturbation it could take one or two hands, depending on whether or not you're watching a video or looking at images. Both at the same time just ain't happenin'.

Enhancing your mental images, one too-detailed explanation at a time.

You know you can crack sunflower seeds using just your mouth, right? It's a trick I learned from watching the birds back when I worked in a pet store. All you need are teeth and a tongue to get to that sweet sweet kernel. Alternatively, you can just grind the entire seed into powder with your molars, hull and all. It leaves less trash you have to toss but increases the risk of mouth splinters so it's not a technique recommended for beginners.

So, there you go. I've given you the tools necessary to eat sunflower seeds and masturbate at the same time. I really am a horrible person.

I am well aware of the method, but despise it, as it is difficult to use indoors (spitting the shells out) and it makes the others soggy while you store them in your cheek.

Sometimes I do eat the shell. I've become a good judge of which shells to eat, and which not to eat, over time.

I like that this conversation took the "sunflower" direction instead.

My brand of choice is David's. Original flavor is the best, but barbecue is alright too.

I kinda feel like these posts are not in my usual tone, but whatever.

Very rarely do we get to hear Mage's food recommendations.

I had some pistachios the other day. I didn't like them before but they've grown on me.
