Be careful when giving blood...

I gave blood today, a double donation actually, which is nothing new for me. I've probably done so like 5 times before, however I haven't had breakfast or lunch, and I ended up skipping dinner last night, and I accidentally stayed up until 2 with friends last night as well, so I'm beginning to think that I was a bit over cocky about what my body can take. Perhaps draining it of vital fluids wasn't the best of ideas, because I'm rather light headed right now. I've given blood enough times to know the difference between the normal light headedness and this as well, so if I'm not around for awhile, it's because I passed out and hit something on the way down. On a side note, are there any large negatives to passing out from blood loss if the bleeding has been stopped? I know you shouldn't go to sleep with a concussion and I'm hoping this isn't the same sort of deal...

Woo, I am noticing that it gives you a loopy high something akin to a real light hit off of a vaporizer though... I think I'll just show myself the exit before I say something I shouldn't...
