The more I thought about it the more I realized that punching the meat before it goes on the sandwich is a great way to tenderize, so maybe you're on to something with these knuckle babies!

UPDATE! For some reason only the section of my site containing the mentioned "artwork" is on google. Not my website. Not the Section of my website It is in. Only it. How the hell does that happen?
